Physical Capability Assessment: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks required for warehouse work
Safety Knowledge Testing: Understanding of warehouse safety protocols, PPE requirements, and hazard awareness
Certification Verification: Current forklift certifications, reach truck licenses, and specialized equipment credentials where applicable
Background Screening: Complete criminal background checks and right-to-work verification
Drug Testing: Pre-placement drug screening available upon request
Ongoing Performance Monitoring: Regular client feedback, performance tracking, and immediate worker replacement for any issues
We maintain $2 million general liability insurance and comprehensive workers’ compensation coverage. If any worker doesn’t meet expectations, we provide same-day replacement at no additional charge.
